3. How our competitions work

4. How to enter

   To enter a competition, you must:

   An entry is only confirmed when payment has been successfully processed and you receive an email confirmation.

   Participants can enter for free by sending a postal entry with a first-class or second-class stamp to:

   • Your account ID, available on the User Details page once you have registered & verified an account at Lucky Fox Competitions (luck-fox-competitions.co.uk)
   • The competition ID, which is shown on the advertised competition
   • The answer to any skill question (if applicable)

   Free entries must be received before the competition closing date. Illegible or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

   Bulk entries are not accepted and will be counted as one entry.

6. Skill-based questions (if applicable)

   Some competitions may require you to answer a question or complete a task. Only entries with the correct answer will be entered into the draw.

7. Selecting a winner

   • Winners will be selected using a random draw conducted via a cryptographically secure random number generator (RNG) without any intervention.
   • All draws are final. No correspondence regarding outcomes will be entered into.

8. Notification of winners

   • Winners will be notified via email, phone, or account notification within 24 hours of the draw.
   • Winners may also be announced publicly on our website and social media (unless the winner requests anonymity).
   • If we are unable to reach the winner within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw or allocate the prize to another winner.

9. Prize delivery

   • Physical items: Delivered to the winner’s address within 30 days
   • Cash prizes: Paid via bank transfer
   • Digital prizes: Delivered via email

   Winners are responsible for providing correct delivery information. We take no responsibility for delays caused by third-party couriers or inaccurate information provided by the winner.
